Country Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end market growth, setting and delivering ambitious MAU and ARR targets.
• Develop and execute a multi-year country strategy based on local market dynamics.
• Build and activate high-impact partnerships across education, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Localize the product, content, and pricing to meet specific regional needs and cultural contexts.
• Hire, inspire, and coach a high-performing local team.
• Represent the company as the public face in press, events, and community engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching, scaling, or leading a market for a global tech or SaaS company.
• Demonstrated track record of building and monetizing strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience owning P&L, setting targets, and driving growth.
• Ability to operate with a founder-level mindset, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
