TL;DR

Director, Compensation And Benefits (HR): Leading the strategy, design, and execution of rewards programs across the Americas with an accent on competitive benchmarking, compliance, and scalability. Focus on managing executive and sales compensation within a publicly traded environment and driving global C&B initiatives.

Location: Remote (Must be physically located within the US)

Salary: $132,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and coach the regional Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs across the Americas.
  • Oversee job leveling and guide compensation adjustments based on benchmarking and market trends.
  • Translate C&B data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for regional leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of global C&B projects, including sales incentive and executive compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and country-specific labor laws and manage external vendors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits programs in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience working within publicly traded companies.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Must be physically located within the United States.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience with executive and sales compensation design and administration.
  • Background in managing complex, multi-country compensation strategies.
