TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be physically located within the US)
Salary: $132,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and coach the regional Compensation & Benefits team.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs across the Americas.
- Oversee job leveling and guide compensation adjustments based on benchmarking and market trends.
- Translate C&B data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for regional leadership.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global C&B projects, including sales incentive and executive compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with regional and country-specific labor laws and manage external vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits programs in a global corporate environment.
- Experience working within publicly traded companies.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and partnering with senior leaders.
- Must be physically located within the United States.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with executive and sales compensation design and administration.
- Background in managing complex, multi-country compensation strategies.
