What you will do

• Guide compensation decisions and tradeoffs for leaders across GTM and G&A teams.
• Transform compensation data into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain competitive salary bands, bonus targets, and equity ranges using diverse data sources.
• Simplify and communicate compensation structures to managers and employees.
• Partner with the Head of Total Rewards on executive compensation strategy, benchmarking, and equity programs.

Requirements

• Experience in compensation management at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven track record with international employees.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation in both private and public company contexts.
• Ability to translate market data into tailored company-specific frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex compensation concepts in plain language.
