Salary: $161,500 – $238,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the global benefits portfolio to ensure competitiveness and scalability.
- Develop a benefits philosophy that supports attraction, retention, and inclusion for a diverse global workforce.
- Oversee core programs including health, welfare, retirement, and leave of absence across all markets.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost analysis, providing leadership-ready reporting on investment tradeoffs.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure service quality.
- Integrate AI, automation, and analytics to improve benefits operations and employee self-service.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global benefits programs, strategy, and plan design.
- Deep knowledge of global benefits laws and compliance, including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PFL.
- Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries and regions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Experience leading and coaching professional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proficiency with Workday, Google Workspace, or specialized benefits administration platforms.
- Experience evaluating both fully insured and self-insured funding models.
