What you will do

• Lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the global benefits portfolio to ensure competitiveness and scalability.
• Develop a benefits philosophy that supports attraction, retention, and inclusion for a diverse global workforce.
• Oversee core programs including health, welfare, retirement, and leave of absence across all markets.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost analysis, providing leadership-ready reporting on investment tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure service quality.
• Integrate AI, automation, and analytics to improve benefits operations and employee self-service.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global benefits programs, strategy, and plan design.
• Deep knowledge of global benefits laws and compliance, including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PFL.
• Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries and regions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
• Experience leading and coaching professional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Proficiency with Workday, Google Workspace, or specialized benefits administration platforms.
• Experience evaluating both fully insured and self-insured funding models.
