Salary: $165,000–$185,000

What you will do
- Design and redefine short- and long-term incentive and equity plans.
- Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive positioning of pay programs.
- Model and analyze compensation-plan designs to provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Legal and Finance for plan administration and participant communications.
- Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Manage change and implementation of compensation strategies across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation, including 4+ years in incentive plan administration.
- 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Experience in a publicly traded company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex modeling.
- Familiarity with equity-administration platforms like E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, or Carta.
