TL;DR
Events Analyst (Project Management): Planning and executing high-impact global event experiences and hospitality activations with an accent on end-to-end event lifecycle, budget management, and vendor coordination. Location: Mexico City (Hybrid, at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do
- Plan and execute end-to-end events, including large-scale conferences, partnership activations, and executive offsites.
- Manage event timelines and workflows to ensure cross-team alignment and on-time delivery.
- Source and evaluate venues globally based on market and cultural trends to create differentiated experiences.
- Develop and oversee event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor payment compliance.
- Lead audience development and registration strategies using performance metrics and ROI analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or program management.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event/CRM platforms such as Marketo, Knak, Bizzabo, and Salesforce.
- Location: Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid setup (3+ days in-office)

- Experience with high-touch client experiences or executive-level events.
- Background in experiential strategy or data-driven event analytics.
- Familiarity with emerging event technologies to enhance audience engagement.
