Events Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end events, including large-scale conferences, partnership activations, and executive offsites.
• Manage event timelines and workflows to ensure cross-team alignment and on-time delivery.
• Source and evaluate venues globally based on market and cultural trends to create differentiated experiences.
• Develop and oversee event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor payment compliance.
• Lead audience development and registration strategies using performance metrics and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or program management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event/CRM platforms such as Marketo, Knak, Bizzabo, and Salesforce.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid setup (3+ days in-office)

• Experience with high-touch client experiences or executive-level events.
