Что делать

  • Address and process requests for corporate international clients, including account administration and documentation.
  • Manage account lifecycle tasks such as opening, closing, blocking, and unblocking accounts.
  • Investigate operational errors and payment issues, ensuring accurate SWIFT messaging and banking correspondence.
  • Analyze and process documentary products like guarantees and amendments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Relationship Managers to resolve complex operational challenges.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to local and international client service projects.

Требования

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Solid knowledge of English.
  • At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
  • Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
