What you will do
- Own and exceed revenue quotas by driving high-value deals from prospecting to closing.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive account expansion.
- Collaborate with leadership, delivery, and technical teams to align on project economics and client expectations.
- Conduct market research to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a data-driven pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and deal progression.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in software outsourcing or professional services.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative B2B sales environments.
- Strong experience guiding senior stakeholders through business and technical initiatives.
- English: C1+ required for confident C-level engagement.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and structured sales methodologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions and AI-driven business applications.

- 1+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Direct consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
