What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue quotas by driving high-value deals from prospecting to closing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive account expansion.
  • Collaborate with leadership, delivery, and technical teams to align on project economics and client expectations.
  • Conduct market research to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a data-driven pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and deal progression.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in software outsourcing or professional services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative B2B sales environments.
  • Strong experience guiding senior stakeholders through business and technical initiatives.
  • English: C1+ required for confident C-level engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and structured sales methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions and AI-driven business applications.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Direct consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
