TL;DR

Lead Client Success Manager (Fintech): Strengthening long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across global accounts with an accent on strategic engagement and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in Mexico City, with a hybrid work environment requiring at least 3 days a week in-office.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across global accounts.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings to understand client needs and align them with company solutions.
  • Create demand for products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
  • Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communication skills with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office).

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
