What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across global accounts.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings to understand client needs and align them with company solutions.
- Create demand for products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
- Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Clear communication skills with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
- Must be based in Mexico City and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office).
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
