What you will do

• Research and resolve client inquiries regarding pricing, risk analysis, and risk modeling.
• Deliver structured and custom training for new and existing clients.
• Translate client risk analytics strategies into hirify.global product implementations.
• Create proof-of-concept analyses and product demonstrations to support the Sales Team.
• Provide expert software guidance during client evaluations, including initial training and day-to-day usage.
• Collaborate with senior Client Services staff to resolve advanced technical client inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Master's degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, or Economics, or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset class securities, including equity, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
• Understanding of risk management concepts such as Greeks, VaR, and stress testing.
• Solid educational foundation in math and statistics, specifically quantitative disciplines of risk analytics.
• Proficiency in coding languages, preferably R or Python (Java is a plus).
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
