What you will do
- Act as the primary SME and product owner for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent processes to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution of cyclical programs including annual performance reviews and goal setting.
- Configure and deploy changes to business processes, security, custom organizations, and calculated fields.
- Manage Workday releases by evaluating features, performing regression testing, and coordinating deployments.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable hiring and talent insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on ownership of Recruiting, Performance and Talent modules.
- Expertise in business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
- Experience supporting cyclical performance and talent processes at a global scale.
- Must be based in London to provide critical coverage for the EMEA time zone.
- Familiarity with GDPR and audit requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and time zones.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
- Experience with integrations and data loads using EIB, Core Connectors, or APIs.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
