What you will do

  • Provide advanced operational HR support across multiple countries and complex jurisdictions.
  • Lead operational delivery of organizational changes, restructures, and workforce transitions.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, and sensitive exits.
  • Ensure operational compliance with local labour laws, collective agreements, and consultation obligations.
  • Drive operational governance, consistency, and best practice across the global HR model.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to operationalize workforce planning and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK or Spain
  • Significant HR generalist and operational experience across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations and legislative matters.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or country expansion activity.
  • Strong operational judgement and risk assessment capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Works Councils, CSEs, or employee consultation processes.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent).
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
