HR Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle administration from onboarding to departure.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within the Human Resources Information System.
• Deliver new starter inductions and ensure all necessary documentation is processed.
• Handle payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Support the HR International team with report production and data analysis.
• Resolve employee enquiries and provide note-taking support for formal meetings such as disciplinary or grievance hearings.

Requirements

• Previous administration and organizational experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid model.
