What you will do

• Scale the community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms to drive growth and engagement.
• Lead the seasonal community calendar and execute activations aligned with LiveOps and key game beats.
• Create engagement initiatives including events, challenges, UGC, and creator collaborations.
• Foster a positive environment through daily player engagement and strong moderation standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, LiveOps, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns.
• Define and report on community performance metrics to translate data into measurable impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or social media, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Discord and Reddit communities.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, Twitch, and creator ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on a hybrid basis in Barcelona, Spain.
