Marketing and Communication Intern

TL;DR

Marketing and Communication Intern (Digital Marketing): Supporting the deployment of global communication and marketing strategies with an accent on social media management, SEO content creation, and B2B/B2C event coordination. Focus on adapting global brand guidelines to local market specificities and optimizing promotional materials for better performance.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) - 2 days per week in office required

What you will do

• Support the development of marketing plans aligned with brand and company guidelines.
• Manage social media publishing, community management, and influencer relations.
• Proofread and edit promotional materials including banners, brochures, and presentations to ensure optimized results.
• Coordinate with media agencies, partners, and suppliers for the organization of B2B and B2C events.
• Assist global marketing teams in creating and optimizing SEO content.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Good level of English (B2).
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn CMS, CRM, and lead generation.
• Ability to organize and plan tasks both independently and within a team.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to the Barcelona office (2 days per week).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian and/or German.
