What you will do

  • Own and optimize the paid media budget and pipeline, focusing on cost per opportunity and conversion metrics.
  • Manage hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns including setup, audience targeting, creative needs, bidding, and optimization.
  • Experiment with new paid channels and provide clear performance read-outs to guide budget allocation.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution accuracy by collaborating on server-side tracking, product analytics, and lead routing.
  • Collaborate with design and product marketing teams on creative and landing page improvements.
  • Deliver weekly paid media performance reports integrated into the demand dashboard.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in New York City or Barcelona
  • Several years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably agency-side or in growth-stage SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads execution and strategy.
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual paid spend with measurable pipeline results.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven spend decisions and understand B2B attribution.
  • Ability to test, analyze, and reallocate budget quickly and independently.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level
  • Spanish language skills beneficial

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B, fintech, or office-of-the-CFO audiences.
  • Curiosity about paid placement on AI-answer surfaces.
  • Experience launching new paid channels.
