What you will do

• Scale the social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including brand, UGC, and AI-led accounts.
• Transform social media into a measurable growth channel driving organic acquisition and revenue.
• Build and operate a structured content engine from trend discovery and concept to publishing and analysis.
• Lead a cross-functional production team (designers, creators, nutrition experts) and manage the production budget.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for research, scripting, and editing to increase content output by 5–10x.
• Conduct viral experiments using sub-brands and R&D accounts to test formats before scaling to the main feed.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling a consumer product's social presence by 1M+ followers.
• Experience driving significant growth in social-driven revenue or conversion metrics.
• 4+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Organic Growth for consumer products.
• Experience leading small cross-functional creative teams (5-10 people) end-to-end.
• Practical experience embedding AI tools (generative video, voice, image, agents) into real production workflows.
• Must be based in one of the specified locations: Poland, Armenia, Cyprus, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, or UK.
