What you will do

• Design, lead, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and DSPs.
• Conduct detailed performance analyses and run A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and analyze critical metrics and provide innovative ad copy suggestions to improve campaign performance.
• Utilize measurement tools such as SKAN and Payback to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Conduct competitive research to identify industry opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
• Experience working with mobile measurement partners and tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and data-driven approach.
