What you will do

• Design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion.
• Optimize content structure and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Lead content adaptation frameworks to ensure peak performance across vertical video, carousels, and threads.
• Design A/B experiments focusing on hooks, formats, and distribution funnels.
• Act as a bridge between creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics like reach, retention, and search impressions to iterate on content strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
• Proven track record of scaling communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
• Professional English (C1) required for coordinating international strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Strategic mindset with high execution capacity and data-driven decision-making.
