What you will do

• Develop and execute major and minor turbine generator outage plans.
• Ensure rigorous QA/QC during turbine disassembly and reassembly.
• Perform condition assessments and communicate risk priorities to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and shop services.
• Provide technical guidance for unscheduled repairs and maintenance issues.
• Assess facility compliance with turbine generator technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Florham Park, NJ
• Proven experience in turbine generator maintenance and outage planning.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes in industrial environments.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and develop long-term maintenance strategies.
