What you will do

• Own end-to-end service readiness for project handover from Commissioning to Services
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commissioning, Engineering, Digital, and Services teams
• Validate completeness and accuracy of system data, tools, and documentation
• Enable operational readiness of Services teams prior to go-live
• Establish, standardize, and improve handover processes; define and track service readiness metrics
• Support capacity and performance testing execution; act as technical liaison and provide advanced field support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 10+ years in commissioning, field service, operations, or system integration
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and service operations
• Proven cross-functional leadership and inhirify.global without direct authority
• Strong problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
