What you will do

• Lead predictive maintenance groups and oversee long-term planning for equipment reliability.
• Manage reliability systems including CBM, PdM, TBM, and lubrication programs.
• Drive loss identification through root cause analysis, stress analysis, and component life cycle engineering.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production managers to track and improve key performance indicators.
• Oversee MRO spares strategy, including critical spare analysis and kitting processes.
• Provide coaching and technical direction to production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong computer literacy including CAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Pasco, WA.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven reliability improvements.

Nice to have

• CMRP or CRL certifications.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
