What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wind turbine generation equipment.
• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on generators, pitch, yaw, and cooling systems.
• Conduct inspections of safety equipment, vehicles, and plant infrastructure.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Respond to on-call hours and work overtime as required to maintain site coverage.
• Document maintenance activities and track time accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to work in Bliss, NY.
• Ability to climb 300-foot tower ladders and work in elevated, confined, or outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and meet safety equipment weight requirements.
• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with GE 1.5, Vestas V-80, or Siemens 2.3 turbines.
• Experience in rotating machinery alignment and mechanical troubleshooting.
