HR Generalist

TL;DR

HR Generalist: Serving as a strategic HR partner to support managers across the region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Focus on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

Location: Must be based in Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on-site)

What you will do

• Partner with managers to deliver HR guidance, support employee relations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and change management efforts.
• Guide leaders through performance management processes including goal setting and feedback.
• Leverage data and insights to improve HR processes and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and regional teams to execute HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership of core HR processes.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting diverse teams and managing employee relations.
• Must be able to work on-site in Heredia, Costa Rica 2-3 days per week.
