Salary: $144,500 – $170,000

What you will do

• Establish the vision and strategy for the account’s Engineering & Operations service line.
• Create a community of practice for technical resource leaders to ensure consistency and auditability.
• Manage service delivery and vendor teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and sustainable performance measurement.
• Mentor future leadership and identify top talent for development and retention.
• Consult with customers on industry trends, budget planning, and strategic operational goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (Advanced degree strongly preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering or technical services management.
• Demonstrated experience building global programs.
• Expertise with asset management/CMMS platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Strong competency in strategic planning, execution, and business acumen.
• Ability to travel ~15-20%, primarily to Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• PE license.
