What you will do

• Research and develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications for new products and components.
• Lead the evolution of technical design, project planning, and performance analysis for product lines including wheel loaders and compactors.
• Define system architecture and integrate complex configurations, ensuring seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical, and digital systems.
• Manage supplier selection and conduct capabilities assessments to optimize component sourcing.
• Oversee the fabrication of prototype equipment, including materials selection, reliability testing, and failure analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mossville, IL.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking and integration methodologies for complex product development.
• Proven ability in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in heavy equipment, mining equipment, or complex manufacturing industries.
