TL;DR
Senior Admissions Officer (Higher Education): Managing the student journey from application to enrolment with an accent on UKVI compliance, quality assurance, and qualification assessment across Levels 3 to 7. Focus on solving complex admissions cases, leading regulatory audits (OfS), and optimizing institutional admissions systems.
Location: Hybrid Working in London (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

What you will do
- Manage admissions operations and enrolment for foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate provision.
- Ensure strict compliance with institutional policies, UKVI requirements, and partner university agreements.
- Lead admissions review panels for non-standard entries, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and appeals.
- Prepare for and support regulatory audits, inspections, and Office for Students (OfS) reviews.
- Collaborate with academic and professional services to enhance admissions systems, policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Provide specialist guidance to senior academic staff on complex applicant cases.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience within UK higher education admissions and enrolment.
- Expertise in assessing UK and international qualifications for Levels 3-7 programmes.
- Deep understanding of UKVI requirements and sector-specific regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of supporting quality assurance activities and regulatory audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or be able to work in London to meet hybrid office requirements.
