What you will do

• Track academic progress and implement intervention strategies to help students get back on track.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and develop tailored strategies for academic success, including study habits and time management.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and interventions.
• Host synchronous advisory sessions and study halls 3-4 days per week.
• Manage student crises, conflicts, and mental health emergencies that impact education.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree, or three years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in social work and/or counseling.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
