What you will do
- Assist with desktop support needs and device asset management.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
- Provide high-quality customer service to local and remote users.
- Collaborate with local IT teams and international groups on global projects.
- Document processes and procedures to support operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college IT course or similar training program.
- Must be based in San Jose.
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 months.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn Microsoft products including Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
