What you will do

  • Assist with desktop support needs and device asset management.
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to local and remote users.
  • Collaborate with local IT teams and international groups on global projects.
  • Document processes and procedures to support operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional IT initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college IT course or similar training program.
  • Must be based in San Jose.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 months.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft products including Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
