What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices including OS and software installations.
• Support users operating within ITAR-restricted environments while ensuring strict adherence to security controls.
• Apply and validate security hardening standards such as DISA STIGs, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC L2.
• Provision, modify, and deprovision user access to restricted systems based on least-privilege principles.
• Coordinate with Security, Compliance, and Export Control teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a US National (US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to ITAR regulations.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA; no relocation provided.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of direct IT support experience including Windows 11, iOS, MacOS, and Azure/Intune.
• Experience supporting systems in regulated, high-security, or controlled environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow strict procedures without deviation.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Exposure to ITAR, CUI, NIST, CMMC, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and formal change control processes.
