What you will do
- Serve as the single point of contact for all IT and IS service requests and incidents.
- Provide local and remote technical support to resolve end-user issues.
- Maintain and restore normal IT operations with minimal impact on productivity.
- Document all calls and resolutions to ensure team continuity.
- Collaborate with Tier II and Tier III teams to troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues.
- Rotate schedules as required by operational needs.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Ability to work on-site in Hurlburt Field, FL.
