TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to customers via chat, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Manage and diagnose virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Analyze system logs and perform hardware diagnostics for servers and workstations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network stacks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall rules.
  • Maintain professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Orlando, FL
  • Proven experience in IT technical support or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of OS administration (Linux, Windows, macOS) and virtualization.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting using CLI tools.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, file systems, and backup methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications.
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
  • Red Hat Linux or VMware VCP certifications.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
