What you will do
- Provide responsive technical support for walk-in and desk-side requests.
- Configure mobile devices, including phones and tablets, for remote use.
- Resolve technical incidents and fulfill requests within established service level agreements.
- Assist the Service Desk Manager with operational tasks.
- Maintain productive relationships and effective communication with team members and users.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate university.
- Must have completed 60+ credits or hold an Associate's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
- One year of general professional experience.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Hands-on experience with desktop software and hardware in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
