Investor Relations Manager (Asset Management)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Support the implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Track consensus estimates, peer performance, valuation metrics, industry trends, and earnings disclosures.
• Maintain internal models covering financial statements, earnings drivers, assets under management, asset flows, and valuation metrics.
• Assist with earnings presentations, executive-ready Q&A responses, supporting documentation, and Board materials.
• Analyze shareholder ownership, investment styles, geographic trends, peer holdings, sentiment, trading patterns, and targeting opportunities.
• Manage non-deal roadshows, investor inquiries, market data reporting, and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, public-company financial statements, SEC filings, disclosure rules, and regulations.
• Highly analytical, with strong financial modeling, writing, presentation, critical thinking, organizational, and detail-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with investor relations and market data platforms such as Bloomberg, S&P Global Market Intelligence, Visible Alpha, BD Corporate, or Nasdaq IR Insight.
