What you will do

• Implement comprehensive investor relations strategies and perform consensus tracking.
• Analyze peer performance, valuation metrics, and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation of earnings materials and provide Q&A support for leadership.
• Monitor shareholder base trends, ownership mix, and trading patterns.
• Manage non-deal roadshows and other marketing activities.
• Maintain internal models for analyst estimates and asset flow dynamics.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and SEC filings.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.

Nice to have

• Prior investor relations experience.
• Experience in asset management or financial services.
• Familiarity with market data platforms like Bloomberg, S&P Global, or Nasdaq IR Insight.
