Senior Investor Relations Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support the CEO, CFO, and executives with investor communications, research, presentations, and analysis.
• Research insurance industry trends and monitor peer company performance.
• Prepare peer analyses, quarterly earnings summaries, presentations, prepared remarks, Q&A materials, annual reports, and related documents.
• Maintain analyst consensus models and support quarterly earnings processes.
• Plan and execute investor events and meetings, capture detailed notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Provide flexible ad hoc analytical and project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance; prior investor relations experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial data products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bloomberg, and S&P Global.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with limited supervision, build stakeholder relationships, solve problems proactively, and handle confidential information.
