Salary: $187,030.40–$280,545.60 USD annual; a discretionary bonus or variable sales incentive may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s fixed income investor relations strategy and align investor communications with corporate and capital markets priorities.
• Coordinate quarterly fixed income investor calls, including presentations, executive messaging, Q&A materials, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Capital Markets, Accounting, Legal, and Communications on external financial messaging.
• Analyze investor sentiment, market trends, competitive activity, and stakeholder feedback to develop engagement insights.
• Develop investor presentations, executive materials, and communications for institutional investors and senior leadership.
• Improve investor relations processes and digital communications using technology, AI-enabled tools, and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital markets, treasury, corporate finance, or related financial services disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, debt capital markets, insurance, asset management, or related financial markets.
• Ability to interpret financial information and communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence across functions without formal authority.
• Practical AI fluency and sound judgment when applying technology to analysis, communications, or workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
