Salary: $108,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Lead live, virtual, and field-based sales training sessions using the established company playbook.
- Manage the onboarding experience for new sales representatives to ensure mastery of processes and tools.
- Partner with external training vendors to customize content for the company culture.
- Reinforce development programs for frontline managers to improve coaching and performance management.
- Analyze training effectiveness and translate outcomes into business impact.
- Collaborate with L&D, Sales Tech, and Marketing to keep training materials accurate and aligned with goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct selling or sales management experience in B2B or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and Call Center environments.
- Certification in a professional sales development or enablement program (e.g., ASLAN, Challenger, SPIN).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Workday Learning, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
