What you will do

• Own and exceed direct sales quotas to acquire new logos via global SI partners.
• Develop and execute a KPI-driven, repeatable GTM process to scale sourced revenue.
• Coordinate internal sales, alliances, and services teams for a unified GTM approach.
• Build and nurture business and technical champions within SI organizations.
• Manage global pipelines with clear performance metrics and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven track record of selling to or with Global System Integrators (GSIs) or MSSPs.
• Consistent history of quota overachievement and strong pipeline management.
• Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory.
• Must have the legal right to work in Japan (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel globally as required.

• Experience in SaaS or early-growth technology environments.
• BA/BS degree.
