What you will do

• Provide strategic employment law advice for Australia and the wider APAC region.
• Manage day-to-day workforce issues including performance management, exits, and investigations.
• Collaborate with People, Total Rewards, and Finance teams to support company growth.
• Develop and review workplace policies, guidance, and templates.
• Deliver training on employment-related legal topics.
• Work with the global Employment Legal Team on cross-border initiatives.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Australia.
• 6+ years of experience as a practicing employment lawyer.
• Proven experience advising HR/People teams and business leaders.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial pragmatism in a high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex legal concepts into practical solutions.
