What you will do

  • Review and negotiate client contracts, bids, and tenders across the APAC region to ensure legal and commercial compliance.
  • Draft various legal documents, including services agreements, subcontracts, and employment contracts.
  • Manage corporate governance and structural compliance for APAC corporate entities.
  • Provide legal guidance to Human Resources regarding employment law, internal policies, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead legal due diligence for M&A activities and the setup of new legal entities in the region.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to systematic storage and database maintenance.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in contract management and legal or commercial roles.
  • Qualified legal professional with extensive experience in APAC contract drafting and risk management.
  • Proven track record in corporate and operational legal support.
  • Ability to align regional legal practices with global corporate standards.
