One of the leading independent AAA game development studios specializing in high-end action games and shooter genres.
What you will do
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including commercial terms, corporate documents, and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice on company law and corporate governance for group members.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR documentation: offers, employment and B2B contracts, settlements, and terminations.
- Advise HR and Recruitment on international hiring, relocations, benefits, and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Analyze business and legal risks, perform research, and monitor changes in applicable laws.
- Coordinate and oversee external legal counsels across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law with attorney-at-law or advocate status.
- 6+ years of combined experience in corporate/commercial and employment law.
- Advanced Polish and English (both written and spoken); daily work in English is required.
- Proven ability to work independently under time pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for on-site work.
