What you will do

• Support strategic corporate projects including M&A, finance, tax, and treasury matters.
• Provide legal guidance for expansion plans in Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Manage corporate housekeeping, ESG compliance, and entity setup across the APAC region.
• Handle HR legal support and engagement with local trade unions.
• Oversee litigation, dispute management, and commercial contract negotiations.
• Manage external legal counsel and optimize legal spending.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or in-house counsel.
• University degree in law.
• Strong expertise in corporate law within an international setting.
• Proven experience working with C-suite and senior management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience working closely with Finance, Treasury, or Tax departments.
