What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business management software.
- Assist customers with software upgrades, migrations, and data archiving.
- Test and document software glitches for the development team.
- Log into customer systems to perform remote diagnostics and repairs.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Foundational knowledge in software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Excellent phone communication and time management skills.
