What you will do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client-server software issues including SQL, web servers, and payment terminals.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Document technical issues and contribute to the department knowledge base and FAQs.
  • Assist with system configuration, customization, and integration of products.
  • Collaborate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor team members and share product knowledge to improve overall support quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or application specialist role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with SQL, web servers, and network hardware.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and customer interaction.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a high-volume support environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
