What you will do

• Identify high-potential enterprise businesses and map complex corporate structures to reach key decision-makers.
• Execute rigorous territory plans using phone, email, and social prospecting to engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Convert open-source community interest and product downloads into qualified enterprise sales cycles.
• Partner with Marketing and Enterprise Sales teams to design and lead account-based outbound campaigns.
• Facilitate high-level sales discovery calls and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
• Manage lead activity in Salesforce and Salesloft to maintain pipeline visibility and meet quarterly quotas.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2–4 years of dedicated B2B Business Development or outbound prospecting experience.
• BA/BS degree.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical executives.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline generation goals.
• Ability to operate independently within a structured outbound motion.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
