Location: Remote-first, must be comfortable working in U.S. time zones.

What you will do

  • Define and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and value proposition to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Maintain organized communication between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine sales assets, including scripts, case studies, and demo materials.
  • Analyze sales data and call performance to derive insights and improve team processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing to enhance company positioning and website content.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Development.
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent writing skills for client-facing documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and sales documentation.
  • Must be comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
  • Self-directed, accountable, and capable of working in a remote-first environment.
