What you will do

• Lead and deliver commissioning services across an assigned region, managing projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Develop commissioning scopes of work, fee proposals, and project-specific test scripts (PFC, FPT, IST).
• Perform design reviews, facilitate OPR workshops, and conduct onsite site observation visits.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support regional business growth and expansion of services.
• Act as a people manager for assigned team members, overseeing performance, onboarding, and professional development.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and owners to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction and commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Certification in Building Commissioning required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% locally and nationally to commissioning sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and act on project financial information.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP).
• OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Construction Safety training.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems.
• Extensive field experience.
