TL;DR

Marketing Specialist (B2B): Lead campaign execution, content creation, and lead generation for North American automotive stakeholders with an accent on multi-channel performance marketing, KPI-driven optimization, and sales enablement. What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, owned, earned) to drive awareness and B2B lead generation.
  • Own campaign performance end to end, including KPI development, tracking, reporting, and optimization using data and A/B testing.
  • Translate product and solution messaging into campaign briefs and sales enablement tools; support product launches and major initiatives.
  • Create marketing materials across the dealer buyer journey (emails, landing pages, case studies, webinars, digital content, blogs, pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks).
  • Support voice-of-customer interviews and other social proof initiatives to extract insights and improve campaign relevance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing operations, analytics, creative, and demand gen; act as liaison to regional dealer sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on content, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Proven execution of performance marketing across email, paid media, in-product advertising, and website optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend based on ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of measuring, optimizing, and improving marketing KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization; occasional travel for industry events and partner engagements.
