What you will do
- Research and identify high-quality, policy-compliant leads from social media, industry news, and external publications.
- Monitor industry trends and market seasonality to ensure proactive and timely prospecting.
- Evaluate prospective client potential to ensure alignment with sales team expectations.
- Deliver a consistent volume of ready-to-call leads to the New Business Associate team on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to calibrate lead quality and refine prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sutherland, NSW, Australia.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
- Strong research skills with the ability to navigate social media and various media sources.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and sales team requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
