Location: Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Busselton or Bunbury, Australia.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with alumina customers.
  • Drive organic business growth by introducing new applications and equipment solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and manage pricing and budgets.
  • Initiate and lead return on investment (ROI) projects for clients.
  • Oversee support engineers, service technicians, and contractors.
  • Perform technical service duties including chemical monitoring and equipment adjustments.

Requirements

  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Busselton or Bunbury.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or 3+ years of experience in alumina processing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to follow safe work practices.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with boilers and/or cooling towers.
  • Previous experience in sales, service, or account management.
